Terms & Conditions:

FREE SHIPPING:

  1. Free shipping will automatically be given to all orders over $400.
  2. Only shipping addresses in the continental USA will qualify for free shipping.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

  1. We proudly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for any payments due.  Ordering by phone can be expedited when your card information is handy at the time of the call.
  2. COD orders are allowed with the following conditions:

a)     The customer is responsible for all COD charges billed by the carrier.

b)    Cashier’s check or money orders are required for payment, unless credit has been previously established.

  1. Credit applications are accepted for those customers who consistently purchase large quantities of products.  Please request application by email, and allow 3-4 weeks for processing.  Any payment terms are not to exceed 30 days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

UPS, FEDEX and Common Carrier are the preferred method of shipping.  FOB Factory will be used for large shipments to businesses.  Any and all applicable shipping costs are assumed by the customer.

RETURNS:

Within 30 days of purchase, we are able to accept pre-authorized returns of unopened, unused and undamaged products.  Determination of those factors is made by HangersWholesale only.  A 15% re-stock fee is applicable to all returns.  Custom orders and reduced-price items are not returnable.  Please contact the Sales Department to obtain authorization and instructions.  

DAMAGES:

Damage occurring en route is the responsibility of the carrier.  For tips on handling these situations, see below.

  1. UPS or FEDEX DAMAGE: If damage is discovered upon opening package, call UPS or FEDEX for an inspection. They will want to view all packing materials and its condition, and they will handle the return of the merchandise to us.  Any attempt to return the package yourself will result in the shippers’ warranties being nullified.
  2. COMMON CARRIER DAMAGE: Damages must be made known before the driver leaves, and be sure to get driver’s signature or initials on detailed damage description on the appropriate claim forms.  It’s also a good idea to have a copy of the freight claim for your files.
  3. CONCEALED DAMAGES:  If damages are not apparent before opening, but are discovered upon opening, call the carrier right away and ask for an inspection.  Condition of packing materials and all products will need to be inspected, so keep those as found.  Allow 10 days for carrier response, but if you’ve not received satisfactory resolution at that point, contact Customer Service Department at HangersWholesale, and we’ll attempt to find resolution with the carrier.  To avoid this situation, open all packages in the presence of the carrier driver.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you can’t find the hanger you are looking for, contact the Sales Department at HangersWholesale, we will gladly find an alternate source and send you a quote on the products.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on orders of these items, and we are unable to accept returns. 

BACK ORDERS:

If HangersWholesale is unable to procure product right away, you will be notified.  If you decide to accept the back order, those products will be shipped as soon as they are available, and additional shipping charges will apply.


PRIVACY POLICY:

HangersWholesale takes your privacy seriously.  As a corporation in good standing in the State of Florida and the USA, we protect all data that we collect as part of our ordering process.  All persons and entities placing order with HangersWholesale completely agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

Certain information is required for us to properly process your orders and ensure delivery.  The type and extent of information we collect depends on the orders that you place.  Your decision to be a HangersWholesale customer is the only authorization we need to collect this information.

The information we collect is typically comprised of, but not limited to:

  • Your name
  • Company Name
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping address
  • Telephone and fax numbers
  • Email address
  • Website usage data
  • Credit report

 

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments and pertinent personal information are processed by Authorize.net.  Their secure website is linked through a secure connection to HangersWholesale.  You may view their separate Privacy Policy at their site, Authorize.net.

Information Protection and Sharing

HangersWholesale has strict policies regarding the sale and sharing of our customer information.  The only permissible sharing that we engage in is for the purpose of contracting with a third party delivery network for shipments of your orders. 

We add all customers to our newsletter distribution list, so that you are kept informed of new products or policies at Hangers Wholesale.  You will have the ability to “opt out” of these email alerts at any time.

If at any such time that we decide to share your information for any use other than that listed above, we will contact you for express permission.
